When filled with 3 in. of water from your garden hose,
ShurTrax full size traction aids add 400 lbs. of handling and
traction weight right over your rear axle, where it's needed
most. Four-point grommet tie-down points allow for safe,
secure weight that improves vehicle balance, handling,
cornering, and traction on wet, slippery roads. ShurTrax
avoid the safety concerns of alternative sources of weight
such as sandbags, concrete blocks, cordwood, and other
potential projectiles. No need to worry about carrying cargo
on top of ShurTrax--they have been proven to support up to
500 lbs. The integrity of the ShurTrax is protected by a
super-tough, UV-resistant, 25 mil vinyl outer chamber that is
reinforced with woven nylon mesh for long service life. The
flexible inner chamber is also 25 mil vinyl supported by
die-electrically welded internal baffles that prevent surging
during cornering. ShurTrax includes all fittings for simple
filling and draining.
